False twist texturing machine mainly processes polyester partially oriented yarn (POY) into false-twist draw texturing yarn (DTY).
The principle of false twist texturing:
POY produced by spinning cannot be directly used for weaving. It can only be used after post-processing. The false twist texturing uses POY as raw material, through stretching and deformation treatment, than POY can be transformed into DTY with relatively stable physical properties, which can be directly used for weaving.
The change from POY to DTY is a physical process, which is realized on the false twist texturing machine. The process is as follows:
POY strand cylinder → pre network device → first stretching roller → first hot box → cooling plate → false twister → tension detection system → second stretching roller → main network device → auxiliary stretching roller → second hot box → third stretching roller → oiling system → winding system
